If you are dealing with significant mental health issues, Higher Self Development and Spiritual Coaching should only be used alongside a properly trained, equipped and accredited counselor or therapist.

• Higher Self Development and Spiritual Coaching is a ongoing Co-collaborative unfoldment process tailored for and customized to the specific, shifting needs and requirements of soul's own growth and spiritual development along with those of its daily embodied life. This is a week to week, biweekly or month to month service whose duration is determined by your unique specific development, unfoldment and needs.

These services start with the booking of a 60-minute appointment to assess the current personal dynamics of your life and what your goals, needs and objectives are to determine what supports, resources, services and most effective next steps are needed for your specific development and needs.
